- We Handle the Rest: Our dedicated team will design, deliver, and set up a fully tailored glamping village—so all you need to do is arrive and enjoy.
Booking requirements:
To ensure the smoothest experience, here are a few essentials:
- 2 nights minimum
- Minimum of 15 tents (30 pax) & 20 tents (40 pax) for remote locations (> 300km)
- Maximum of 123 tents (246 pax): 95 tents based in Cape Town / 28 tents based in Pretoria
- Transport logistics: Each truck carries 27–28 tents. For larger groups, additional vehicles will be arranged.

Per tent (2 guests): From R1,500 per night (Minimum 2-night stay required) + Fuel
2026 Rates
Per tent (2 guests): From R1,600 per night (Minimum 2-night stay required) + Fuel
