How many tents are available?

You can book from 15 up to 125 luxurious Glamping Tents (250 guests) - from intimate weddings to full festival take-overs. 96 tents and 22 private bathrooms are based in Cape Town. 29 tents and 16 private bathrooms are based in Pretoria.

Can I book one tent?

We do not offer individual tent bookings. For weddings and private events, our minimum booking is 15 tents for 2 nights (accommodating up to 30 guests). For remote locations more than 300 km from our base, the minimum is 20 tents for 2 nights (up to 40 guests).

Is there a minimum number of nights I need to book for?

A minimum of 2 nights is required to secure the booking for an ultimate Glamping Experience.

Do you travel to any location?

We're proudly mobile. Provided the site is accessible, we set up camp anywhere in South Africa.

What time is the check-in and check-out?

Accepted Answer

Check-in: From 2PM* Check-out: At 10AM** *Should you require an early check-in during your day of arrival, please make your request beforehand and we will try to accommodate your request. Additional fees may apply if no communication has been made prior to the arrival. **Check-out time after 10AM will result in additional night charged.

What surfaces do you need?

Any reasonably level ground - grass, gravel or hard-standing. We'll advise once we know your venue.

How long does setup take?

It depends on the size of the camp. Small groups take a few hours; large events are staged over 1-2 days.

Not directly, but we work alongside excellent catering partners and can recommend great ones for your event.

Do you provide communal area?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can provide a communal tent and help you select the right size for your group and event. Together, we will tailor the space to your requirements - whether that includes a lounge area, coffee and tea station, bar, dining area or a combination of these.
