  3. We Handle the Rest: Our dedicated team will design, deliver, and set up a fully tailored glamping village—so all you need to do is arrive and enjoy.

 

Booking requirements:

To ensure the smoothest experience, here are a few essentials:

  • 2 nights minimum
  • Minimum of 15 tents (30 pax) & 20 tents (40 pax) for remote locations (> 300km)
  • Maximum of 125 tents (250 pax): 96 tents with 22 private bathrooms based in Cape Town / 29 tents with 16 private bathrooms based in Pretoria
  • Transport logistics: Each truck carries 27–28 tents. For larger groups, additional vehicles will be arranged.

2026 Rate per tent (2 pax): From R1,600 per night (minimum of 2 nights required) + Fuel
2027 Rate per tent (2 pax): From R1,700 per night (minimum of 2 nights required) + Fuel

Glamping Tents with Private Bathrooms
2026 Rate per tent (2 pax): From R2,600 per night (minimum of 2 nights required) + Fuel
2027 Rate per tent (2 pax): From R2,700 per night (minimum of 2 nights required) + Fuel

  • 2 x Bedside tables for your nighttime essentials
  • 2 x Comfortable chairs – perfect for morning coffee or evening chats
  • 1 x Spacious storage chest to keep your belongings neatly tucked away
  • 2 x Ambient lights to set the perfect mood after sunset

 

Designed with practicality and comfort in mind, each private bathroom unit is positioned alongside the glamping tent, enclosed with a privacy screen for exclusive use, and offers a clean, functional, and elevated experience:

  • Hot-water, on-demand shower – powered by a gas geyser: Enjoy a proper warm shower at any time of day, bringing true hotel comfort into nature.
  • Private chemical toilet
  • Clothing hooks
  • Wooden platform flooring
  • Toilet paper & essentials provided

For bookings longer than two nights, our team provides scheduled servicing to ensure continued cleanliness and comfort.
