Bookings

How many tents are available?

You can book up to 125 luxurious Glamping Tents for your dream event which can comfortably accommodate up to 250 people.

96 tents and 22 private bathrooms are based in Cape Town.

29 tents and 16 private bathrooms are based in Pretoria.

A minimum of 2 nights is required to secure the booking for an ultimate Glamping Experience.

The Expedition Glamping team is able to take two bookings at a time depending on the number of tents booked. Please complete the contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively you can also send us a direct email to info@expeditionglamping.co.za

For weddings or private events, a minimum of 2 nights and 15 tents (30 pax) or 20 tents (40 pax) for remote locations (> 300km)

Your booking of a 5m luxurious self-catering Glamping Tent includes the following:

  • TWO super comfy full size single beds
  • Quality Hotel white bed linen & towels
  • Floor rugs
  • Bedside tables
  • Two chairs
  • Storage chest
  • Two lights

Glamping Tents only
2026 Rate per tent (2 pax): From R1,600 per night (minimum of 2 nights required) + Fuel
2027 Rate per tent (2 pax): From R1,700 per night (minimum of 2 nights required) + Fuel

Glamping Tents with Private Bathrooms
2026 Rate per tent (2 pax): From R2,600 per night (minimum of 2 nights required) + Fuel
2027 Rate per tent (2 pax): From R2,700 per night (minimum of 2 nights required) + Fuel

Check-in: From 2PM*
Check-out: At 10AM**

 

*Should you require an early check-in during your day of arrival, please make your request beforehand and we will try to accommodate your request. Additional fees may apply if no communication has been made prior to the arrival.

**Check-out time after 10AM will result in additional night charged.

Yes, as long as you book a minimum of 15 tents or 20 tents for remote locations (>300 km) and the roads are accessible by standard passenger vehicles, we are here to make your dream a reality.

We haver 29 tents based in Pretoria and 96 tents based in Cape Town.
